Went to join some of my friends at Preston New Road today.

Later, I completed the second session of week two in the Couch to 5K app. I felt a bit stiff and heavy at the start of this session, but it soon went away. The sessions consist of alternative sections of running and brisk walking, but the running sections get longer each week. I am doing okay with it so far, but if necessary I will repeat weeks rather than move on.
