We went to see Simple Minds, The Pretenders and KT Tunstall at an open air concert today in Swindon. This was my Christmas present from Mr CFJ.

I had taken copious jackets as I thought it would be cold/ wet/ both, but it was glorious.

All of the acts were superb. It’s always a joy to see Simple Minds. I will be getting out the old Pretenders album too!

I was right at the front- I haven't been this close to the stage since I was about 20!
