Solitary Islands Marine Park
It's been rather stormy and miserable here the last few days so, even though the weather wasn't great, we decided to go for a drive to Coffs Harbour. Apart from getting dive bombed by rather annoying gulls trying to steal our fish and chips at the Marina we had an interesting day. This shot is taken near Woolgoolga on the way home - the area is part of the Solitary Islands Marine Park which is quite an extensive area with restrictions on activities that may harm the sensitive enviroment of the marine area. I took some shots of the Solitary Islands from a lookout but with sea mist, rain and gale force wind blowing they weren't worth blipping. Good excuse to go back on a better day. I'll add a link to the area to blipfolio as it is quite a beautiful place.
