Zoo

Our first full day in Korat saw us taking a trip to the zoo.  It is an old fashioned zoo so in some ways quite sad.  However,  it was obvious that this zoo is being renovated.  A lot of the animals weren't there and others were not where the map told you to look.  I'm sure that in a couple of years it will be a lovely place.  It covers a large area, in fact to get around it you can hire a golf buggy or a bike.  We chose a golf buggy.  My shot is of an elephant that had clearly been rolling around in and generally covering itself in the red dust.  The rhinoceros were the same colour.
