Menstrie

On Saturday I took part in a walk from Dollar to Logie Kirk. The walk was called 'Another Way To Remember' and was organised by Christian Aid.

When we met at Dollar Church in the morning we were given a small tea-light (or more than one if we wanted) and spoke briefly about the person(s) in whose memory we were walking. At the end of the walk at Logie Kirk, and after we had been welcomed by coffee and home baking, there was a short service of reflection and remembrance during which we all were invited to place our candles on the communion table and light them in memory of our loved one(s).
