Back blip

Picking up from where I left off yesterday, it was a very short stretch of my Forth & Clyde Canal Walk today - all over (complete with photo stops) in about an hour.

A drive over to Bishopbriggs Sports Centre (now called something like the Leisuredrome) where I parked the car for my stroll along the Canal to Cadder Bridge. A wee stroll followed up to Cadder Parish Church and the kirkyard, before retracing my steps back to the car park. It was all I had time for.

Spotted this heron on my return journey along the Canal towpath. Not sure whether or not it was the same heron that I had spotted yesterday, but I always find these birds fascinating.
