Someone wouldn’t go to bed tonight... she insisted on staying beside me. I’m not entirely sure why.... she was certainly tired!

We’d started the day with music practices- she played for three hours blissfully! We then cycled to the swimming pool and swam together for a long time. We cycled home and got lunch. She had a nice play in her room and then went for a second swim because her friend invited her to go! She’s getting quite happily confident at going in without a grown up, doing the getting sorted after by herself and everything. They even chose to swim some lengths as well as play about.

They were quite late back, so her tea was very late and she then wanted to snuggle me. Turns out she rather like mummy’s geek shows like Eureka!
