Way Forward

Compassionate Girl came round for a coffee and a chat and to give me back money I'd lent her at Port Eliot for a dress. She came bearing gifts of apples, figs and flowers from her garden too! She is still finding her way after splitting from her husband. Very difficult in a small village and as she lives outside the village and he has moved into it there are some issues surrounding him socialising with her female friends. Sometimes location really is all - but she feels let down as I have this last year by the lack of support from "friends." It's hard not to take sides but my loyalty is to her as I knew her first and that is how I know her husband. It really is about sisterhood. 
She has plans for her birthday at the weekend but it involves, a train, ferry, walking and food and  I really don't think I'm up to all that! Even if my system wasn't so screwed up at the moment! After a good chat she left with some beans, squash and flowers from me!
Come the evening everything started to move due to the laxatives and if I had a carpet from the living room to the toilet it would be worn out! Late to bed as it took till 2am to settle! 
I love the smaller sunflower nestling behind the big one! One of the wasps from the nest too - so looking forward to looking for it when the foliage around it dies down!
