Third night at home!
Oscar is happy to stay indoors at night. He is much more relaxed than previously.
Today, he and Daisy ran in and out all morning, despite pouring rain. We have muddy paw marks all over, but we don't care. It's lovely to have them both wanting to be at home.
At lunchtime I locked the outer door. Oscar found a new bed I had put in the bottom of the wardrobe and snuggled down. Daisy found a pile of walking socks on the floor (don't ask) and made a bed for herself.
As you can see from the photo, Oscar looks a bit bruised and dirty around his face. He has lost some weight, but is eating well. I'm hoping he will soon look as healthy as his sister.
We were at Liz and Nick's for an early birthday lunch for Mum today. Delicious.
We visited Pat and Bob with flowers for their wedding anniversary. Bob is still in a full leg plaster after his accident. Pat is amazing. After months of being unable to do anything she is livelier, looking after Bob and walking much better.
Tonight we had the first Tynedale Photo Group meeting. The speaker was Duncan May QC who produces contemporary images. I don't really care for some of his work, but listening to the reasons he makes the images was interesting.
