i'm always looking for interesting patterns. this one is right outside my window.

i believe in jinxes. not crazy superstitious believe in them, but i do believe that i jinx myself sometimes when i announced something i'm excited about ahead of time. counting my eggs before they hatch sort of thing.

i had an interview today. i was afraid i'd do badly on it so i didn't announce it excitedly on FB, even though i was pretty darn excited about it.

i keep myself that if i don't get this job, there are still others. i'm still really excited about it. so much that i can't sit still! *fingers crossed*
