Conglomerate
Lolly Cake is basically a geology lesson that you can eat. There’s the sandstone coloured stuff, which is made of fine aggregate biscuit, and the unrelated rocks or in this case, Eskimo lollies captured within the substrate. This one was snapped at Cromwell Old Town.
