Not quite Halloween

This plastic pumpkin lives in my front porch. I bought it 3 years ago thinking it would a) survive a rainy night b) create the right atmosphere for guisers with the minimum of effort on my part. As it turned out I couldn’t bear to throw it away so it has lived in my porch for the past 3 years and will be making an appearance again in another couple of months. I quite like its cheerful smile.
