The Deep Dark Woods

Jubilee Woods to be exact. Thechimp and I went for a walk this afternoon and the woods were full of these rather disreputable looking fungi and their mushroomy smell.

This morning I tried out a change to my Pilates class - from Monday evening to 9 am on a Monday morning. I think I prefer the morning session and its quite good to start the day with a stretch. I am off to a meeting in Broughton this evening
