Ooooo had a lovely lie in this morning. Honestly, the combination of dark mornings and a window blind with a black-out lining makes it impossible to get up in the morning!

Lazyish afternoon although I did actually do some ironing!!!

Marion and her hubby Stewart arrived at 6pm to look after Alan as David and I were heading to Edinburgh to our friends Alan and Gail's to celebrate Alan's 50th birthday. Been looking forward to it, especially as we were staying over so we could both let our hair down well David would if he had any :p

What a fab night. Great company, great food and much laughter, especially when Eleanor and Gail produced loads of embarrassing old photos. Always hilarious till you see one of yourself!!!

The food was fab....venison casserole or chicken with chorizo and loads of roast veg followed by banoffee pie, chocolate torte and fresh fruit salad. As you can see the choc torte looked delish but I opted to have a small bowl of fruit salad. Aye right!

Crawled Headed to bed at 2am.
