Rolling Home...

Woke after a decent night's sleep considering and headed downstairs to see if the rest of the sleepover guests had surfaced. They had but our host and hostess were not around! LOL

Natalie, Alan and Gail's neighbour and friend (and our friend) phoned to say the coffee was brewing and the bacon rolls were ready at her house so we hot footed it two doors along to be met with the tantalising smells of said coffee and bacon. Yum!

Alan and Gail appeared soon after and along with other friends we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast sitting in the sunshine in Natalie and Jim's beautiful conservatory. Perfect start to the day :-)

David and I headed home and I took this shot as we headed over the Forth Road Bridge. Alan was pleased to see us but hid it well :)) and Marion and Stewart headed home.

We had a late lunch due to our lateish breakfast and not had dinner yet. Got lamb shanks cooking in red wine in the simmering oven but suspect we'll have them tomorrow as a bit late now.

Hmmm....toasted cheese for Sunday dinner? Anyone? :D
