An Apple A Day.....

I returned from Hendersonville, NC with a 1/2 bushel of Crisp Apples from Grand dads orchard. I have enough apples that I can have one, fresh apple a day, for the next 2 to 3 months. There are 2 bins, full of apples in my refrigerator!
