Lake Michigan...

...as viewed from the bluffs--a scene I've blipped before. A quick stop here after church this morning on a really gorgeous day, with intermittent sunshine, a brisk breeze and 61 degrees (F)--all the signs of fall being upon us, and I love it! I'd be so happy if it were like this for 1/2 of the year! Not much color in the leaves yet, but it's still early. Another sure sign of fall is the return of my favorite sport: (American)football! Season opener tonight: Green Bay Packers vs. the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field in Green Bay! (The Packers are also celebrating the start of their 100th  year of football, & all we Green Bay fans are hoping it's a great one!)
