Street Life Mural

Did a bit of bike maintenance in the morning, Noticed the bolt holding the rear rack was bending because the mudguards stays used the same bolt. As the bike has two mounts, I fix the rack to one, and alter the mudguard stays to use the other. Also go the road bike ready if the weather is ok on Sunday.

After lunch, we go down to the Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Leith so my partner can pay for a table at a craft fair. Next to the hall is the remains of a mural that use to run further west, but a piece of wall is missing. It was part of the LeithLate project, and was painted last year. The blip shows the one remaining part, but clicking the link above shows another.

After that we visit the few charity shops in the area, then get the bus to Tollcross where we, after visiting another charity shop and a pound shop, have coffee. Then we walk up to the bike shop as I have to collect some things I ordered in the shop last week. There's a nice view of Arthur's Seat from Bruntsfield Links, Extra 1.

Stuff collected, we walk to Morningside to get some things for tea before getting the bus home. In the garden, there's a cobweb lit by sunlight, Extra 2.

Nice evening, but watching the Vuelta is delayed by something called Strictly. Priorities.
