MonoMonday - Exotic

I wish I could have taken a photo of an exotic resort for today's MonoMonday theme by Ellaphant. Sadly, there were also no flamingos in the forest when I went for a walk. However. I have many exotic ingredients in my pantry but wasn't sure how to make them look interesting. I was given a bowl of quail eggs a couple of weeks ago  and we tried them out a few different ways. I think look rather exotic and certainly not something one has every day. Although we will be having them every day for a while as they need using up.
