Persistence

Sometimes I think it's a virtue, sometimes it just seems pointless.
I'm taking part in National Novel Writing Month - the target is 50000 words.
It's why I'm spending so long sitting at the kitchen table.
It's also why I'm querying the value of persistence.
The hollyhock has been about to flower for a couple of weeks.
Today it made it - I'm not sure why except to give me something to blip.
