Patience

Another possible virtue beginning with p. It seems to me that the two -patience and persistence work against each other.
Should I persist with the lino cut to get the face finished today, Tuesday? Or should I be patient and not rush and put it to one side before I spoil it with a big chisel slip?
Patience finally won out but to the detriment of blogging because I realised I had been so wrapped up in this (and the writing went better) that it had got to 11pm and I hadn't taken a photo.
