Walker on the Crags

In the midst of a meeting being held in one of the Parliament’s Committee Rooms this afternoon I looked out of the window and saw the silhouette of a walker on Salisbury Crags with scudding clouds behind him.

Fortunately when the meeting ended he - or another walker - was still there and that allowed me to get this picture which does not look as if it was taken in the centre of a city which is another of the beauties of Edinburgh.
