A day getting things done. Best bit was having a quick pumpkin soup lunch with a couple of good friends.

Today is my parents wedding anniversary. My mother had no clue when I visited her. Even with prompting, there is nothing there. The date means nothing. My brother sent flowers. She has never appreciated flowers but today, she frowns at them because she doesn’t know what they’re doing there.
