Victory v. Public Speaking

My nose had turned into a waterfall, I was ill, and our team did not advance. But I did it. I have done Mock Trial for 3 years now and for the first time I gave an opening or closing (I gave opening). In brutal honesty I didn't do as well as previous years but I think I did very well under the circumstances. As a team we did very well though. I have learned a lot and I doubt any lawyers are reading this but you guys do a very difficult job, very very difficult and stressful and time consuming. Special thanks to two who spent countless hours helping us prepare.

I stayed home and slept all friday.
I woke up to compete, then went back to sleep at home and fully recovered. yey
