Flying Free

What an incredible day. Certainly a day that I will never forget.

Woke up at 4 am but went right back to sleep. I think I dreamed. I never do. Woke up at 7:30 (way more than 12 hours of sleep, after I had about 20 hours on friday). What a day to be had.

I went out to take pictures of birds with my dog. Not the brightest idea but still very fun. Eventually I walked around without the dog.

Then, with my mind filled with expectation I tried to keep my mind busy and got right to school work and got almost all of it done. Lesson learned: get work done early.

Later on, while I feel the best words of wisdom escaped me, I was honored to have someone share something intimate with me. Made all the stress and pressure I have felt recently seem like nonsense. I was unprepared for Thing 1 and Thing 2 but all smiles.

Afterwards, headed home for a brief dinner before playing basketball with friends. Add to that the Jewish Holiday of Tu Bishvat. Crazy moon tonight. Never had a chance to take a picture.
