Chef's Garden, George Brown College
This morning was my first day back teaching at George Brown in Toronto. I'm teaching two courses there and two at Seneca while working full-time at York University. There's a rooftop patio and I was enjoying the sunshine and a cup of coffee while watching the squirrels and feeding some sparrows. All around are planter boxes with herbs and vegetables - the Chef's Garden - which provides fresh ingredients for George Brown's culinary school and educates the students in cultivation and identification, also.
