Road trip - day 1

I left home and drove to Brent Cross where I picked up my friend G. She lives in Glasgow but was visiting relatives in London. We set off up the M1 and stopped in Sheffield to meet two friends of mine and their little daughter for lunch. A great catch up and good break from driving.

We left Sheffield about 3.30pm, had another break late afternoon and arrived in Glasgow about 9pm. My friend G is learning to play the Tabla. She gave me a demonstration and a lesson in the basics.
