Got home today to a dry house with no visible damage and without flooding. As you might be able to see from the inside of the car looking at part of the garage door, some rains continue. Some rains tonight were accompanied by lightning, thunder, and wind gusts. The devastation in parts of eastern NC is widespread and dangerous. More than 30” of rain came to some areas.
