Arthur
Not Arthur's first time on blip. Miranda1008 blipped him and his sister Cleo a few weeks ago when they were tiny, tiny. They are now about 12 weeks and I have met them for the first time. Arthur doesn't seem overwhelmed at meeting me, though :-(
