Fence

This was taken looking back into Tamachi station. You get some good views of the Shinkansens from round here, so sometimes it's packed with train spotters and other photographers. I don't know why only sometimes they congregate, but I assume there are times when the rarer trains are running. Any Japanese train spotters care to enlighten me?
