After work I wandered over to Kameari, the place where the Kochikame manga is set. It wasn't as shitamachi as I was hoping it was going to be (there's a Loft there...), but there are some nice little streets and yakitori places, and even a small indoor market. Anyway, I saw the Ryo-san statue and the police box so I was a happy chappy.
