So far so good

I wasn't looking forward to today - the forecast was bad, with heavy rain and strong winds beginning at 6am. As it happened, the wind didn't begin to get up until 11am and hasn't been too bad at all, so far (4.30pm).

I went down to the front this afternoon and waited with my eye glued to the viewfinder, but the big waves only happened while I was resting! The huge wave that soaked some tourists would have been good! Out of a couple of dozen pictures this was the most violent - but I shouldn't complain as it's been far worse elsewhere.
