A long time ago.....

...when I worked in a record shop in the middle of Edinburgh in the 1990s. One afternoon some Russian dude wandered in and sold us a bunch of electronica CDs on his label. A great bunch of titles actually, and I undoubtedly bought one of each, including this one, with my healthy staff discount.

Same thing had happened when a couple of fellas called Boards Of Canada had walked in off the street and come in with their debut 12" as well. This was actually before I worked there, but I was the one who found a pile of them at the back of the cupboard in the stock room one day. Don't think they'd ever been put out for sale. Languishing they were.
