Pyramid Lake

Started the day by going up the Cable car at Whistler mountain at Jasper, at over 8000 feet, the air was a little thin up there, and the 1km walk from the top cable car station to the summit (extras 2 and 3) was a challenge.

Had lunch by the river, and got our only bear sighting of the trip - (extra 1) which was our drivers mascot from the dashboard. (No bear was hurt in the making of the photo.

Ended the day by our wonderful accommodation on the shores of Pyramid Lake, where a 100m walk from the front door offered unparalleled views over the lake. 

What a totally fabulous day. Couldn't have wished for better.
