"Super-Facilitator"

Today was day 5 of a facilitation training course at the Kinharvie Institute in Glasgow. I loved this drawing someone in the group drew linking "conflict" to "resolution".

We may not be expert facilitators after this course (final day tomorrow) but we know a lot more, and I've been able to put some of it into practice already.

And, I think I have a new church facilitator friend, who also happens to design vestments. Hmmmm.... :-))
