Up to Platforms 17 and 18

Waterloo has some lovely dark and dingy bits.

My route home every night brings me up from the Waterloo and City line, under the railway tracks and up to platform 18 via these ancient narrow stairs for my train home.

I wonder what it looked like when it was all new.
