A red hot soup
Well, it's red and it nearly burnt the roof of both our mouths off!
A favourite quite recipe, as you're only waiting 20 mins for the macaroni to cook.
Chop an onion, fry up with a couple of cloves of garlic ( or 2 frozen cubes if you're in our kitchen), a tin of chopped toms, the same amount again of boiling water, 2 handfuls of macaroni, a handful of pinenuts and some herbs to taste ( coriander today, also frozen into cube form so quick to chuck in).
Cook for 15 - 20 mins, serve with cheese on toast to dip in. Yum yum!
