.....this is a record player. In the dim distant past music was only available via vinyl pressed discs, such as this.

Further nostalgia as this record is the original "Now that's What I call Music", first relaeased in 1983. Not number 1, it was the only one. I noticed a billboard advert announcing the release of Now 83 yesterday!

And this was a double LP (sorry, Long Play). And what was track one, on side one of the first LP? You can find out here (unless you have good eyesight!).

To add authenticity I have left dust on the vinyl , something which was ever present because of the amount of static electricity the vinyl produced.
