Leaf Fall

Well the weather of the last 24 hours or so seems to have finally brought the wonderful autumn leaf show to an end. Wind and heavy rain has knocked all but the most stubborn leaves from the branches.

I saw somewhere that we can thank the wet summer for getting such a wonderful display of autumn colour. Hmmm, hard one this. Do I except a poor summer's weather to appreciate the wonderful autumn colour?
