Long Meg

As we were feeling a bit stir crazy and Ray wasn't feeling too bad first thing this morning, we decided to venture a bit further today, as we know after his op we won't be going far for a few weeks.
We didn't have any idea where we would end up, the weather wasn't very bright and it drizzled a lot of the time.
As you can see we got as far as Long Meg, then back to The Shepherds Arms at Langwathby for lunch, then home R and R both fast asleep now. 
Long Meg covers a bigger area but is not as photogenic as Castlerigg.
