Winter Fuel
Ahhh, there is nothing better than walking into a basement that is filled with wood to burn throughout the winter.
It's something that I took for granted... fuel and heat, that is. When prices were less than a dollar a gallon for heating oil - it was reasonable to heat your home for the winter. Now, it seems as though you need to take on a second job just to pay for heat! (Listen to me, I write as if I'm 92 years old and speaking from the comfort of my porch rocking chair!)
Regardless, I find it quite comforting to know that our "fuel" is taken care of for the winter and we'll be warm and cozy on those cold, snowy days.
