Quackers

I took a lot of photos today and 99% of them were crap disappointing.
Our Year 9 and 10 students had a mini tournament with the students from our closest school (45 minutes away). They had a great time, and I photographed lots of the action. It's just a pity that I've not yet mastered 'action' shots on my new camera.

Fortunately we went out to the Red Barn for a coffee after work. There were a lot of dragonflies and damselflies about on the pond, but of course the same problem exists with that - shitty fuzzy movement captures.

This is about the best I took - Mum and her rapidly growing ducklings from this blip, with the evening light turning the pond to molten gold.
