Chiswick House and Grounds

The rain began before we got up and didn’t stop until lunch time - miserable.

A couple of years ago I began a stained glass night class; the Council in its wisdom prohibited anyone who wasn’t a brand new student taking part in it after a few terms which was disappointing and seemed at the time incomprehensible. I have vaguely stayed in touch with the tutor Zoe Angle who was having a stall at the Chiswick House and Grounds artisan fair today. It as lovely to see her and her stunning work and to hear that she is now so busy that she no longer has time to deliver the class - Great for her, but the Community’s loss.

The weather turned out lovely in the middle of the afternoon and continues as we speak though the Autumn has most definitely arrived.
