Productivity Part Deux
It's bad when you can count the productive days you've had on one hand, especially knowing I could count them on one hand minus over half of the fingers. But Tuesday is a good day for productivity as I have to wake up at 6.45 for an 8am class. I hate leaving the house this early as Le Puy is always so grey in the mornings. The picture is about 10am when it finally decided to emerge from clouds and mist.
My classes went well, as always at the college and I had an extra lesson at the lycee with my responsable. I took the whole class whilst she just kind of loitered around watching and making me feel uncomfortable! The class didn't participate much and I'm not sure whether this is their usual way or if I didn't interest them much. Either way, that's another lesson out of the way.
In the afternoon I banished myself to the library to read some more George Sand for my essay and then went to the swimming pool (getting lost on the way and arriving in a very bad mood!) I swam 62 lengths and managed to get offered a lift home by a man who randomly starting talking to me in the pool. I politely declined, stranger danger and all that English babble, but he looked quite rejected and I felt really rather bad. Never mind, at least I know I can manage to talk to French men, even if it is just because I'm in my bikini!
