Top of our driveway.

Nanzy19 made reference the other day to a challenge of walking 100 steps, stopping and taking a photograph.  So i started it, did it about 3 times and realised i didn't like having to count each step, and besides which i already stop pretty well every 5-10 minutes and take a photo!   Anyway, it was a nice idea... probably wouldn't have taken this photo at the top of the driveway if hadn't been counting.....and i seem to remember doing something like this a few years ago, going for about 20 minutes and just photographing what you find there!   anything really that keeps you in the present moment and looking around you is good for the spirit!

A fabulous day here today, a bit chilly, but sunny. 

I'm off to have dinner with a lapsed blipper, my dear friend Jane, who has just driven all the way across the country, from Ontario to Cape Breton, with a truck load of stuff from her condo, which she sold!   She has a friend with her that apparently has her dog with her....the dog weighs 5lbs.....i told her i use more clay than that to make a big bowl!!!  We'll see, i usually am not a fan of little dogs!  but nice to have dinner with friends!
