Now it is decline...

I bought this lovely orchid on April 28th....i know this because I blipped it ... and now, almost 5 months on, it still has some beautifully perfect blooms, but also these more delicate dying blooms!   Wow what has happened in these last 5 months...i tell you, it has been an adventure!!!

Had a meeting with a new physiotherapist in town, she seems good, and once i've had the go ahead from the surgeon next week, her and i will embark upon strengthening my legs, core and back!

It was lovely to hang out in Baddeck this afternoon, such a beautiful little village and still quite lively with tourists...but definitely quieter!
