The Street where we live . . .

It has been another very grey day sadly - and wet! Not the weather we ordered or expected when we left the UK.  Then the weather man said we'd be having sunshine all the way, but guess Florence had other ideas.
So today we have been packing up and tidying away items from the one house and carrying / moving some of them over the road to the 'new' house!  Amazing how much one can accumulate in two years living even in rental properties but methinks the majority of it has now been organised.  This afternoon we went for a stroll around the neighbourhood and found a variety of interesting vehicles and signs! The streets are wonderfully leafy - lots of trees giving shade - or dripping now that it is wet! Lots of ginko trees around - the fruits stink if stepped on so we've been told to avoid so doing!
