Thankfully Bruce is much better and happier today. I think maybe all the good wishes must have helped! He was back on form for our slightly chaotic walk which involved a deer leg and a lot of fox poop. Lovely!
Malteser slice is the make of choice today. Freshly cut up in time for the school bus. Scarily I got a request for posters for our local Christmas Fayre so that it can be included in the upcoming edition of The Braes. I now realise its not actually that far away! I warn you now that the week before our Fayre will feature a lot of cake!

4 oz butter or marg, 8 oz chocolate & 2 Tbsp syrup. Melt together. Add 8 oz digestives & 8 oz maltesers, press into a lined tin. Cover with melted chocolate and leave to set in fridge. malteser slice done!
