AN UNUSUAL VISITOR.
Today the weather has been wonderful. Not too hot (well that's not going to happen here now) but there was very little wind.
Adrian came to visit and coped very well. He is not keen on dogs so we have to be careful not to let them annoy him.
We took a leisurely stroll down to the beach and saw this bird enjoying wading in the large pools left by the sea. As the tide was completely out I can only presume that the river water had flowed down. He was enjoying fishing out the small fish that we see darting about. I think it must be some kind of Egret. I'm sure someone on Blip will tell me.!
Now it is quiet again, Adrian returning back to Taunton with his two key workers. He can only cope in short bursts but he seems to enjoy his visits.
We know we will have to move back towards Somerset soon as both the boys need us.
Thank you faithful blip friends for your kind comments. Sending hugs to you all. xxxxx
