Finally gave in and increased the painkillers ( after knee surgery). What a relief!

Suddenly realise what its like to walk without pain. Over the years I had grown accustomed to a low level of pain all the time.

Anyway, on a more cheerful subject I am catching up on all those DVDs which I Have been meaning to watch but never got around to it.

Today it was "Remains of the Day" and "Casino Royale."
